目的:通过检测不同冠状动脉病变程度患者的血清肝脏激酶B1(LKB1)水平,探讨其在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的临床意义。方法30例 AMI 患者为 A 组,选择同期性别、年龄匹配的冠状动脉狭窄患者30例(B 组)及冠状动脉正常患者30名(C 组)作为对照。所有患者均行冠状动脉造影检查,于术前30 mim 抽取外周血,用 ELISA 法测定 LKB1血清浓度,并比较各组的差异。结果与 C 组[(4.32±1.68)ng/ml]比较,A 组[(3.13±1.15)ng/ml]和 B 组[(3.41±0.88)ng/ml]LKB1水平均较低(P 分别为0.001和0.006)。A 组与 B 组间 LKB1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P =0.369)。结论LKB1在冠心病患者明显降低,可能可以作为新的无创性检测冠心病的生物标记。

Objective To compare the differences of serum liver kinase B1 (LKB1)in patients with varying degree of coronary artery disease and explore its clinical significance for coronary heart disease.Meth-ods Thirty patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI)were assigned to group A.Thirty age-and sex-matched subjects with coronary artery stenosis were recruited in group B and 30 subjects with normal coronary artery were recruited in group C.All participants underwent coronary angiography.At preoperative 30 min,pe-riphery blood sample was collected.The serum LKB1 was determined using ELISA and statistically compared a-mong three groups.Results The serum LKB1 in group A was (3.13 ±1.15)ng/ml and (3.41 ±0.88)ng/ml in group B,significantly lower compared with that in group C (P =0.001 and P =0.006).The serum LKB1 did not significantly differ between groups A and B (P =0.369).Conclusions The level of LKB1 is significantly decreased in patients with coronary artery disease,which may serve as a novel non-invasive bio-marker of diagnosing coronary artery disease.
