本文从安全生产的角度出发,对“四管”爆漏的机理和失效特征进行了分析;提出了防磨防爆的经验措施;对超(超)临界机组运行中出现的新问题进行了慎重思考,并提出了预防和改进措施。为机组防磨防爆技术管理提供了有益的借鉴,为机组的安全经济运行提供了重要保障。
本文從安全生產的角度齣髮,對“四管”爆漏的機理和失效特徵進行瞭分析;提齣瞭防磨防爆的經驗措施;對超(超)臨界機組運行中齣現的新問題進行瞭慎重思攷,併提齣瞭預防和改進措施。為機組防磨防爆技術管理提供瞭有益的藉鑒,為機組的安全經濟運行提供瞭重要保障。

Based on the need of safety production, the mechanism and failure property of tube burst are described. Method for anti-abrasion and anti-burst is put forward. The new problems in operating of supercritical/ultra-supercritical unit are discussed. Furthermore, prevention and improvement measures are proposed. This research is of great practical signiifcance and reference for technology management of abrasion and burst resistance in power plant boiler.
