某厂Cr9Mo高温蒸汽管道已服役16年,接近其设计寿命周期,为了对蒸汽管道的安全性及寿命做出评价,截取工作环境较恶劣的一段蒸汽管道分别进行宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相实验、力学性能试验,并通过高温持久性实验,利用Larson-Mil er参数法以及修正的Larson-Mil er参数法对蒸汽管道寿命进行了预测。结果表明:在经过长期高温服役后,管道的屈服强度明显降低,珠光体球化现象加重;高温持久性实验表明该批蒸汽管道至少还能服役一个周期,但需要加强监测。

Cr9Mo high temperature steam pipe has been in service for 16 years, close to its design life cycle. In order to make the evaluation of the safety and residual life of steam pipes, part of the steam pipeline intercepted from poor working environment have been investigated by means of macrographic observation, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, metallurgical experiments, mechanical property testing, and through high temperature durability test, and using Larson-Miller parameter method and modified Larson-Miller parameter method to predict the residual life of steam pipes. The results showed that the yield strength of steam pipes had decreased rapidly and pearlite spheroidization got severer after a long period serve under high temperature;high temperature durability experiment showed that this batch of steam pipelines can serve at least one cycle, but need more monitoring.
