声发射检测通过采集材料本身产生的AE信号,实现对结构损伤处AE源的定位及损伤状态评估。正确认识声发射信号波在结构中的传播规律,有助于实现起重机械声发射检测传感器优化布置及对损伤状态的量化判断,特别对于声发射技术应用在起重机械健康监测方面具有积极的意义。

Using the acoustic emission signals from material, AE inspection could locate AE source and assess the structural damage station. Correct understanding on the acoustic emission signal wave transmission rule would be conducive to achieve optimal placement of the hoisting machinery acoustic emission detection sensor and quantitative judgment of damage status. At the same time, it would especially bring positive signiifcance in AE inspection technology application in crane health monitoring.
