为了更有效地控制和调节激光器的温度与功率,设计了一种基于STC11F08XE单片机控制的具有温控和功率控制功能的激光发生器驱动电路。通过使用ADN8830芯片的温度控制功能和ADN2830芯片的功率控制功能实现激光器的温度控制,同时能够手动改变激光器的输出功率。实验结果表明,该系统温度控制模块能够稳定控制激光器温度,使目标温度误差低于±0.01℃,波长可以在1535.17nm~1563.24nm之间变动。功率控制模块可实现手动控制,激光器功率在0~10dBm间变化,误差在0~0.05mW之间。

In order to more effectively control and adjust the temperature and the power of the laser ,we designed a kind of laser driven circuit based on STC11F08XE micro controller unit (MCU) ,which had the ability of temperature control and power control .The chip ADN8830 and ADN2830 were used to realized the control of temperature and power ,respectively .At the same time ,the laser output power could be manually changed .The experimental results show that the temperature control module of this system can stably control the laser's temperature , and make sure the target temperature error less than ± 0 .01 ℃ .And the wavelength can be adjusted between 1 535 .17 nm~1 563 .24 nm .The power control module can implement manu‐al control and make the laser power change between 0 dBm~10 dBm with the error of 0 mW~0.05mW.
