近年来，随着针刺治疗高血压在临床中的应用，针刺曲池穴治疗高血压成为研究的热点。针刺曲池穴能起到平肝潜阳、定眩降压的功效，越来越多医家将曲池穴作为治疗高血压的要穴，并进行大量研究。从内分泌系统途径、神经系统途径，细胞信号转导途径三个方面对曲池穴降压机制作文献综述，同时，对针刺曲池穴治疗高血压的机制研究进行总结，以期有助于临床选穴配伍组方，提高针刺治疗高血压的临床疗效。

In recent years, with the application of acupuncture in the treatment of hypertension in the clinic, Quchi(LI 11)acupuncture has become a research hot spot in the treatment of hypertension. Quchi(LI 11) acupuncture can play an effect on calming liver Yang, stopping Vertigo and Lowering blood pressure. More and more physicians think that Quchi(LI 11) point is very important for the treatment of hypertension, and they have done a lot of research work. This paper summarizes the anti-hypertensive mechanism of Quchi (LI 11)from endocrine system, nervous system and cell signal transduction pathways. On this basis, we summary and prospect the mechanism of Quchi(LI 11)acupuncture treatment for hypertension, in order to conduct the clinical acupuncture prescription and improve the clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of hypertension.
