目的：观察卡孕栓在初孕、宫颈发育不良者行人工流产术时软化、扩张宫颈、手术时间、术中出血量、人工流产综合反应及人工流产并发症，宫颈粘连等方面与未用药组的比较。方法选择年龄18～23岁初孕、宫颈发育不良、坚硬、孕6～8周要求行人工流产术的妇女64例，随机分为两组，观察组：无药物过敏史及前列腺素类药物禁忌症者，人工流产术前使用卡前列甲酯栓1 mg；对照组：人工流产术前未使用任何药物。比较和计算两组手术时间、术中出血量、人工流产综合反应及人工流产并发症宫颈粘连的发生率。结果观察组手术时间，术中出血量明显低于对照组，人工流产综合反应及宫颈粘连等方面发生率低于未用药组；两组之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论人工流产术前使用卡孕栓显著降低了机械性扩张宫颈的难度，提高手术成功率，减少术中出血量，人工流产综合反应及人工流产并发症宫颈粘连等方面发生率显著降低，疗效确切，安全可靠。
목적：관찰잡잉전재초잉、궁경발육불량자행인공유산술시연화、확장궁경、수술시간、술중출혈량、인공유산종합반응급인공유산병발증，궁경점련등방면여미용약조적비교。방법선택년령18～23세초잉、궁경발육불량、견경、잉6～8주요구행인공유산술적부녀64례，수궤분위량조，관찰조：무약물과민사급전렬선소류약물금기증자，인공유산술전사용잡전렬갑지전1 mg；대조조：인공유산술전미사용임하약물。비교화계산량조수술시간、술중출혈량、인공유산종합반응급인공유산병발증궁경점련적발생솔。결과관찰조수술시간，술중출혈량명현저우대조조，인공유산종합반응급궁경점련등방면발생솔저우미용약조；량조지간차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론인공유산술전사용잡잉전현저강저료궤계성확장궁경적난도，제고수술성공솔，감소술중출혈량，인공유산종합반응급인공유산병발증궁경점련등방면발생솔현저강저，료효학절，안전가고。
Objective To observe the effect of carboprost in early pregnancy, cervical dysplasia underwent artiifcial abortion, dilatation of the cervix softening, operation time, amount of bleeding during the operation, artiifcial abortion syndrome and complications of artiifcial abortion cervical adhesion and no treatment group comparison. Methods For selecting age 18~23 in early pregnancy, cervical dysplasia, hard, pregnant 6~8 week request induced abortionwomen in 64 cases, were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group:no history of drug allergy and prostaglandin drug contraindication before artiifcial abortion using carboprost methylate suppositorites 1mg;control group:without the use of any drug before artiifcial abortion. calculation and comparison of 2 groups of operationoperation time, bleeding volume, artificial abortion syndrome and complications of artiifcial abortion in the incidence ofcervical adhesions. Results In the observation group, operation time, amount of bleeding in operation were signiifcantly lower than those in the control group, the artiifcial abortion syndrome and cervical adhesion etc. the occurrence rate of lower than untreated group;there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Artificial abortion preoperative use of carboprost significantly reduced mechanical dilatation of the cervix of the difficulty, improve the success rate of operation, reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation,artiifcial abortion syndrome and complications of artiifcial abortion cervical adhesions and other aspects were signiifcantly lower, curative effect is exact, safe and reliable.
