目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产围产期营养护理的应用情况。方法选取我院接收的60例妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产孕妇作为本次的研究对象，所有患者剖宫产前后均行营养护理，并对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组60例患者中52例患者采用饮食法控制血糖，8例患者采用饮食法辅助胰岛素治疗；本组新生儿均未发生呼吸窘迫综合征，且无1例新生儿发生畸形或死亡现象。结论加强对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇剖宫产前后营养护理的重视可有效的控制孕妇血糖，有较高的应用价值，值得推广及应用。
목적：탐토임신기당뇨병산부부궁산위산기영양호리적응용정황。방법선취아원접수적60례임신기당뇨병부궁산잉부작위본차적연구대상，소유환자부궁산전후균행영양호리，병대환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과본조60례환자중52례환자채용음식법공제혈당，8례환자채용음식법보조이도소치료；본조신생인균미발생호흡군박종합정，차무1례신생인발생기형혹사망현상。결론가강대임신기당뇨병잉부부궁산전후영양호리적중시가유효적공제잉부혈당，유교고적응용개치，치득추엄급응용。
Objective To investigate the application stage of diabetic pregnant women during cesarean section pregnancynutrition nursing purpose. Methods In our hospital received 60 cases of gestational diabetes in pregnant women with cesarean section as the research object in this time, all of the patients of caesarean section was performed before and after nutrition care, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of this group of 60 patients in52 patients using diet to control blood glucose, 8 cases were treated by diet auxiliary insulin therapy in this groupoccurred; neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, and no cases of birth defects or the phenomenon of death.Conclusion Strengthening of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus cesarean section before and afternutrition care attention can effectively control blood glucose, and high application value, worthy of promotion and application.
