目的：分析关键椎置钉技术矫正LenkeⅠ型青少年特发性脊柱侧凸（ adolescent idiopathic scoliosis，AIS）的疗效。方法回顾2011年12月～2013年12月行关键椎手术矫正的54例AIS患者术前、术后及随访各项侧凸相关指标，使用配对样本t检验对比各项数据。结果术后相关指标与术前相比差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），末次随访时与术后相关指标相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论对于LenkeⅠ型患者，关键椎置钉技术具有良好的矫形效果，且随访矫正效果丢失少。
목적：분석관건추치정기술교정LenkeⅠ형청소년특발성척주측철（ adolescent idiopathic scoliosis，AIS）적료효。방법회고2011년12월～2013년12월행관건추수술교정적54례AIS환자술전、술후급수방각항측철상관지표，사용배대양본t검험대비각항수거。결과술후상관지표여술전상비차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05），말차수방시여술후상관지표상비차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론대우LenkeⅠ형환자，관건추치정기술구유량호적교형효과，차수방교정효과주실소。
Objective To analyze the result of key pedicle screw placement for LenkeⅠadolescent idiopathic scoliosis ( AIS) .Methods From December 2011 to December 2013, 54 patients were operated by key pedicle screw placement, and involved data were recorded.The following variables including preoperative,postoperative and the final follow-up datas of scoli-osis.Paired sample t test was used to compare data between preoperative,postoperative and the final follow-up.Results The data has statistical significance between post-operation and pre-operation(P<0.05).The data has no statistical significance between post-operation and final follow-up(P>0.05) Conclusion Key pedicle screw placement can ensure good three-dimensional correction for mild to moderate LenkeⅠAIS and has surely effect at the follow-up.
