为研究高油玉米花粉对普通玉米籽粒性状及含油量的影响，通过3个普通玉米品种与3个高油玉米品种混种，利用高油玉米花粉为普通玉米授粉，试验结果表明：通过花粉直感效应，普通玉米在接受高油玉米花粉后籽粒产量提高或变化不大，胚的重量显著增加。普通玉米和高油玉米杂交与相应的普通玉米自交相比，籽粒中胚的比重大大增加。籽粒中含油量的增加很大程度上是由于胚在籽粒中比重的增加引起的。
위연구고유옥미화분대보통옥미자립성상급함유량적영향，통과3개보통옥미품충여3개고유옥미품충혼충，이용고유옥미화분위보통옥미수분，시험결과표명：통과화분직감효응，보통옥미재접수고유옥미화분후자립산량제고혹변화불대，배적중량현저증가。보통옥미화고유옥미잡교여상응적보통옥미자교상비，자립중배적비중대대증가。자립중함유량적증가흔대정도상시유우배재자립중비중적증가인기적。
Through interbreeding of three high-oil maize and three normal maize varieties ,high-oil maize pollen into common maize pollination ,we did some researches on the influence of high-oil maize pollen to common maize kernel traits and oil content .Experimental results showed that ,by heterosis ,common maize grain yield had little in-crease or change after high-oil maize pollen ,but embryo weight increased significantly .Compared common corn and high-oil corn hybrids with the corresponding common corn inbred ,the proportion of grain embryos increased greatly . Crain oil content increase was largely due to increase of embryo in the proportion of grain .
