目的:评价乌司他丁联合多种自由基清除剂(依达拉奉、维生素E、维生素C)治疗急性百草枯中毒的效果。方法采取回顾研究方法,选择福建省急救中心2009年8月至2014年7月收治的急性百草枯中毒患者153例为研究对象,分析其治疗方案的差异后将其分为观察组69例和对照组84例(对照组采用常规治疗方法,而观察组在常规治疗方法基础上加用乌司他丁及自由基清除剂)。评估治疗过程中患者肝肾功能、肺部HRCT变化等指标。结果治疗2周后观察组肝肾功等指标对比对照组均明显改善;肺部HRCT显示观察组肺部渗出及间质纤维化程度对比对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期应用乌司他丁联合多种自由基清除剂可减轻百草枯对肝肾及肺部的损害。

Objective To evaluate the value of ulinastatin combined with free radical scavenger in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.Method 153 acute paraquat poisoning patients in our hospital were selected from August 2009 to July 2014.They were divided into the control group(conventional treatment,84 cases)and the treatment group(ulinastatin combined with free radical scavenger plus conventional treatment,69 cases)according to the treatment method to find the differences between the two groups in the pulmonary fibrosis, hypohepatia and renal inadequacy.Result After two weeks of treatment, the pulmonary fibrosis,hypohepatia and renal inadequacy in the treatment group reduced significantly compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with free radical scavenger in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning can protect organ functions and reduce the incidence of pulmonary fibrosis,hypohepatia as well as renal inadequacy.
