目的：应用损伤控制技术对骨关节型创伤合并胸部损伤的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法回顾性分析福建省急救中心外科2011年11月至2014年2月骨关节型创伤合并胸部损伤患者38例应用损伤控制性手术治疗的手术时间、住院时间、并发症、死亡率。结果患者平均手术时间55.3分钟、住院时间17.3天、术中出血量282.6ml、并发症发生率10.5%（肺部感染2例，肺不张1例，伤口感染1例）、未发现死亡病例。结论应用损伤控制技术有助于骨关节型创伤合并胸部损伤的救治，对临床救治严重创伤伤员具很大指导意义。

Objective To explore the effect of treatment of damage control surgery for patients with severe chest trauma combined with bone and joint injury.Method A total of 38 cases of severe chest trauma combined with bone and joint injury from November 2011 to February 2014 were reviewed retrospectively.ResultThere were no dead cases reported. The incidence of complications was 10.5% (two cases of pulmonary infection, one case of atelectasis, one case of wound infection). The average operation time was 55.3min; Length of hospital stay was 17.3d; Intraoperative blood loss was 282.6ml.Conclusion It is highly recommended that the damage control strategy should be applied in the emergency treatment of severe chest trauma combined with bone and joint injury, which is of great significance in clinical practice.
