漆树种子发芽率低和出苗不齐是林业生产中的难题。本研究采用正交试验以探索不同处理方法对漆树种子萌发的影响。先以浓硫酸(H2SO4)和赤霉素(GA3)按不同处理时间分别对3个不同地理种源种子进行催芽,再对其进行低温层积处理。结果表明:对于云南砚山种源种子,采用98% H 2SO 4处理30 m in,低温层积25 d,发芽率在75%以上;利用400 mg/L GA3处理时间2h,低温层积25 d,发芽率为71%。本研究意在筛选出漆树种子催芽的最优处理方案,为漆树育种和规划发展提供有力的技术支撑。

The low seed germ ination rate and low seedling em ergence of Toxicodendron vernicifluum have been a problem in forestry production. Orthogonal experiments were carried out in the study to explore effects of different treatments on seed germination of Toxicodendron vernicifluum. The seeds from 3 different geographic provenances were treated first with concentrated sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and gibberellin (GA3) in different periods for germination and then treated with cold stratification. The results showed that the germination rate of the seeds from Yanshan provenance in Yunnan Province was over 75% when treated with 98% H2SO4 30 min and 25 d of cold stratification;their germination rate was 71% with the treatment of 400 mg/L GA for 2 h and 25 d of cold stratification. The aim of the study was to screen out the optimal treatm ent solution for seed germ ination of Toxicodendron vernicifluum and provide strong technical support for the breeding, planning and developm ent of Toxicodendron vernicifluum plantations.
