本文对祁门滇楠1年生苗木育苗技术和苗期生长发育规律进行了系统研究，概括了滇楠苗木培育的四个时期，即出苗期、生长初期、速生期和苗木硬化期，总结了滇楠苗高、地径生长与环境条件、苗期人工集约管理的关系，旨在为滇楠苗木培育提供参考借鉴。

In this paper a systematic study was made on the seedling-raising techniques and growth and development rhythms of 1 -year-old seedlings of Phoebe nanmu in Qimen County. 4 seedling-raising stages for Phoebe nanmu were generalized including the germ ination stage, early growth stage, fast-growing stage and seedling hardening stage. The relationship between the growth of the seedling height and basal diam eter and the environm ental conditions and artificial intensive m anagem ent were sum m arized with the aim of providing seedling-raising reference of Phoebe nanm u for seedling-raising units.
