为澄清新种质QR-001对粗缩病的抗性遗传特性,将抗玉米粗缩病的新种质QR-001与5个感病自交系分别杂交和回交后,创造了5个F2杂交群体和5个BC1回交群体。初步研究了QR-001的抗性遗传规律,结果表明,新种质QR-001对粗缩病的抗性符合由2对隐性基因共同控制的遗传规律,并指出了该种质在育种实践中的应用策略。
為澄清新種質QR-001對粗縮病的抗性遺傳特性,將抗玉米粗縮病的新種質QR-001與5箇感病自交繫分彆雜交和迴交後,創造瞭5箇F2雜交群體和5箇BC1迴交群體。初步研究瞭QR-001的抗性遺傳規律,結果錶明,新種質QR-001對粗縮病的抗性符閤由2對隱性基因共同控製的遺傳規律,併指齣瞭該種質在育種實踐中的應用策略。

In order to clarify the inherited characteristics of QR-001,the population of five BC1 and five F2 were constructed after one new resistant germplasm , QR-001 , was crossed and backcrossed with five susceptible inbred lines.The genetic rule of the resistance to maize rough dwarf disease of QR-001 was primarily studied .The results showed that the resistance to maize rough dwarf disease of QR-001 was controlled by two sets of recessive genes .The application strategy of the new resistant germplasm was pointed out too .
