目的：探讨体检人群超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs‐CRP）与代谢综合征（MS）的关系。方法选取健康体检者中体检数据完整的975例受检者，其中符合 MS 诊断的277例，采用秩和检验分析 MS组与非 MS 组间的各组分关系，应用 Spearman 秩相关分析 hs‐CRP 与 MS 各组分的相关性。结果 MS组 HDL‐C 水平低于非 MS 组，BMI 、SBP 、DBP 、hs‐CRP 、TC 、TG 、LDL‐C 、FPG 、ALT 、AST 水平均高于非 MS 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。不同年龄段人群非 MS 组与 MS 组 hs‐CRP 水平均有差异（P＜0．05）。肥胖组 hs‐CRP 水平与低体质量组、正常体质量组、超重组比较明显升高（P ＜0．05）。hs‐CRP 水平与 BMI 、TC 、TG 、FPG 、ALT 、AST 、SBP 及 DBP 呈正相关；与 HDL‐C 呈负相关。结论hs‐CRP 水平与 MS 的发生、发展密切相关。
목적：탐토체검인군초민 C 반응단백（hs‐CRP）여대사종합정（MS）적관계。방법선취건강체검자중체검수거완정적975례수검자，기중부합 MS 진단적277례，채용질화검험분석 MS조여비 MS 조간적각조분관계，응용 Spearman 질상관분석 hs‐CRP 여 MS 각조분적상관성。결과 MS조 HDL‐C 수평저우비 MS 조，BMI 、SBP 、DBP 、hs‐CRP 、TC 、TG 、LDL‐C 、FPG 、ALT 、AST 수평균고우비 MS 조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。불동년령단인군비 MS 조여 MS 조 hs‐CRP 수평균유차이（P＜0．05）。비반조 hs‐CRP 수평여저체질량조、정상체질량조、초중조비교명현승고（P ＜0．05）。hs‐CRP 수평여 BMI 、TC 、TG 、FPG 、ALT 、AST 、SBP 급 DBP 정정상관；여 HDL‐C 정부상관。결론hs‐CRP 수평여 MS 적발생、발전밀절상관。
Objective To explore the relationship between high sensitivity C‐reactive protein (hs‐CRP) and metabolic syndrome (MS) in the check‐up crowd .Methods The health check‐up results of 975 subjects were retrospectively analyzed ,including 227 MS patients .Relationship of different com‐ponents between MS groups and non‐MS groups was analyzed by Mann Whitney U Test .The associa‐tion of serum level of hs‐CRP and different components of MS were analyzed by Spearman test .Results The HDL‐C levels of MS groups were respectively lower than those of non‐MS groups ,but the counts of BMI ,SBP ,DBP ,hs‐CRP ,TC ,TG ,LDL‐C ,FPG ,ALT and AST were significantly higher than those of non‐MS groups ( P < 0 .05) . The hs‐CRP levels between MS groups and non‐MS groups showed statistically significant differences in different age groups (P< 0 .05) .The hs‐CRP level of o‐besity groups was the highest in all groups ,and showed significant differences .The hs‐CRP levels were positively correlated with BMI ,TC ,TG ,FPG ,ALT ,AST ,SBP and DBP ,and negatively cor‐related with HDL‐C .Conclusion The hs‐CRP level was closed related to the development and progres‐sion of MS .
