目的：探究表皮生长因子（EGF）、成纤维细胞生长因子（FGF）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF‐α）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在子宫内膜异位症组织中的表达情况，并探讨其在子宫内膜异位症的发病机制。方法选取45例子宫内膜异位症患者和45例正常子宫内膜患者作为观察组和对照组，采用免疫组化S P法检测观察组患者的在位内膜、异位内膜及对照组正常子宫内膜组中EG F、FG F、TNF‐α和VEGF的表达情况，并进行相关性分析。结果观察组患者在位内膜、异位内膜中 EGF、FGF的阳性率以及观察组TNF‐α和VEGF的灰度值均高于正常对照组（P＜0．05），且观察组异位内膜中EGF及FGF的阳性率也较在位内膜组高。结论 EGF、FGF、TNF‐α和VEGF在子宫内膜异位症组织中呈较高表达，与子宫内膜异位的血管生成有较高的相关性。
목적：탐구표피생장인자（EGF）、성섬유세포생장인자（FGF）、종류배사인자（TNF‐α）화혈관내피생장인자（VEGF）재자궁내막이위증조직중적표체정황，병탐토기재자궁내막이위증적발병궤제。방법선취45례자궁내막이위증환자화45례정상자궁내막환자작위관찰조화대조조，채용면역조화S P법검측관찰조환자적재위내막、이위내막급대조조정상자궁내막조중EG F、FG F、TNF‐α화VEGF적표체정황，병진행상관성분석。결과관찰조환자재위내막、이위내막중 EGF、FGF적양성솔이급관찰조TNF‐α화VEGF적회도치균고우정상대조조（P＜0．05），차관찰조이위내막중EGF급FGF적양성솔야교재위내막조고。결론 EGF、FGF、TNF‐α화VEGF재자궁내막이위증조직중정교고표체，여자궁내막이위적혈관생성유교고적상관성。
Objective To explore the epidermal growth factor (EGF) ,fibroblast growth factor (FGF) ,tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF‐α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expres‐sion in endometriotic tissues ,and explore the pathogenesis of endometriosis .Methods 45 cases of en‐dometriosis patients were chosen in our hospital in recent years and 45 cases of normal endometrium of patients ,respectively ,as the observation group and the control group ,were detected by immunohisto‐chemistry SP method to observe the endometrium ,ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium in control group in EGF ,FGF ,TNF‐αand VEGF expression in the group of patients .Results The posi‐tive rate of group of eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis ,EGF ,FGF ,and gray were observed in group TNF‐αand VEGF were higher than those in normal control group ,and there were statistical significantly differences (P < 0 .05) .And the positive rate of EGF and FGF were observed in ectopic and normal endometrium ,ectopic endometrium group was relatively high .Conclusion High expression of EGF ,FGF ,TNF‐αand VEGF in endometriosis patients ,there is a higher correlation with endometrial angiogenes .
