话语是高校思想教育工作者开展实践教育活动的媒介和手段。自媒体时代，“去中心化”和“多元态势”的发展，正在消解着高校思想教育工作者的话语权，陷入知识失语、角色失语、公信力失语、理性力量失语等困境。亟需探究自媒体时代高校思想教育工作者与大学生话语权运行机制，重塑高校思想教育工作者话语权。
話語是高校思想教育工作者開展實踐教育活動的媒介和手段。自媒體時代，“去中心化”和“多元態勢”的髮展，正在消解著高校思想教育工作者的話語權，陷入知識失語、角色失語、公信力失語、理性力量失語等睏境。亟需探究自媒體時代高校思想教育工作者與大學生話語權運行機製，重塑高校思想教育工作者話語權。
화어시고교사상교육공작자개전실천교육활동적매개화수단。자매체시대，“거중심화”화“다원태세”적발전，정재소해착고교사상교육공작자적화어권，함입지식실어、각색실어、공신력실어、이성역량실어등곤경。극수탐구자매체시대고교사상교육공작자여대학생화어권운행궤제，중소고교사상교육공작자화어권。
Discourse power is the means and medium to carry out the ideological education work in universities .Because of "decentralization"and "pluralistic” is dispelling the notion of college ideological education .There appeared problems so -called knowledge , roles , credibility aphasia and rational power aphasia .We have to study discourse mechanism of ideological education workers in colleges and universities and reshaping the discourse power of ideological education workers .
