该文研究了高压水射流处理混凝土施工缝的工艺,分析了水压力、冲毛角度、混凝土强度等级和龄期等因素对冲毛处理效果的影响,提出了适用于不同强度等级混凝土的水压力、冲毛角度和适宜龄期等工艺参数。与人工凿毛、机械凿毛、低压水冲毛等处理方式相比,采用高压水射流可以显著提高混凝土施工缝处理质量和效率,并且可以显著降低施工成本和工人劳动强度以及对施工现场环境的不利影响。

This paper studies the construction technology of high pressure water jet for concrete construction joints processing, analyzes the impact of water pressure, scour angle, strength and concrete class on the processing effect, and proposes the processing parameters suitable for concrete of different strength levels. Compared with manual processing, mechanical processing, and low-pressure water treatment, high-pressure water jet can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of concrete construction joint processing, and obviously reduce construction cost and labor intensity as well as the ad-verse effects on the environment of the construction site.
