北碚组团位于重庆主城区西北部,一直以来具有组团内部出行比例高、慢行交通出行比例高的特点。该文从组团城市扩展与交通出行发展相结合的角度,分析城市面积扩展后对交通出行结构、居民出行距离等带来的影响。结合绿色城市、慢行城市的规划理念,从城市组团功能的划分调整入手,通过对组团的功能拆分,结合功能布局和交通走廊,重点布置以有轨电车、自行车系统相结合的慢行交通网络;对组团中心的集中步行区域,按照人车特性划分完全步行区、慢速区、普速区三个圈层,有效减小人车干扰,构建以人为本的城市中心区。
北碚組糰位于重慶主城區西北部,一直以來具有組糰內部齣行比例高、慢行交通齣行比例高的特點。該文從組糰城市擴展與交通齣行髮展相結閤的角度,分析城市麵積擴展後對交通齣行結構、居民齣行距離等帶來的影響。結閤綠色城市、慢行城市的規劃理唸,從城市組糰功能的劃分調整入手,通過對組糰的功能拆分,結閤功能佈跼和交通走廊,重點佈置以有軌電車、自行車繫統相結閤的慢行交通網絡;對組糰中心的集中步行區域,按照人車特性劃分完全步行區、慢速區、普速區三箇圈層,有效減小人車榦擾,構建以人為本的城市中心區。

Group traffic in Beibei is located in northwest Chongqing, with the features of high ratio of inner group trip and slow traffic trip. Based on the perspective of the combination of city expansion and traffic trip development, the impact of expanded city on traffic trip structure, trip distance and other aspects is analyzed. Combined with the planning concept of green city and slow city, the division adjustment on urban group functions, and the division of group function, slow traffic network is set with tramcar and bike system in accordance with function layout and traffic corridor. The concentrated pedestri-an area in the group centre are divided into the three circles of complete pedestrian area, slow speed area and common speed area in accordance with the features of pedestrians and cars, whose interruptions can be effectively reduced, so as to establish a residence-oriented urban center.
