南水北调工程世人瞩目，北京市南水北调配套工程建设已经全面展开，并进入高峰期和关键期。为实现年底江水进水的目标，笔者以质量监督的视角，探索出一套富有创新且行之有效的工作方式，证明了质量监督工作在工程建设过程中的重要作用，诠释了“质量是工程的生命”的深刻意义，为顺利开展质量监督工作提供了有力保障。

South-to-North Water Diversion caught the world’s attention,Beijing South-to-North Water Diversion Auxiliary Projects was in full swing and came into the peak period and critical period. In order to achieve the goal of river water into the water at the end of the year,the writer took the perspective of quality supervision explored a set of creative and effective way of working,proved quality supervision work played an important role in the process of engineering construction,took an interpretation of the deep meaning of “quality is the life of the project”,provided a powerful guarantee for smoothly to carry out the work of quality supervision.
