当前，我国建设工程质量的控制管理水平处于逐步规范和提高状态，但还有众多影响工程质量的问题没有从根本上得到解决，应用信息化手段加强工程质量监督管理已刻不容缓。论文从构建面向在监工程实体质量及各方责任主体和有关机构质量行为的监管信息平台角度出发，深入研究分析了几类主要的监督管理信息系统的建设实施内容和特点，以期为各地开展建设工程质量监督管理信息化工作提供参考。

At present,the management level of China’s construction quality control is being gradually standardized and raised,but there are many issues affecting quality of the projects have not been fundamentally resolved,the application of information technology tools to enhance project quality supervision and management is imperative. From the point of view of the construction of information platform for supervising the quality of project entities and the quality behavior of related parties and the relevant agencies,this paper made a in-depth research and analysis about the implementation content and features of some of the major construction supervision and management information systems,so as to provide a reference for the informationization work of construction engineering quality supervision and management across the country.
