通过分析快速生成虚拟装配程序的需求以及比较现阶段两种虚拟装配程序生成方法,在基于模板的代码自动生成技术的基础上,提出虚拟装配程序可视化生成平台VRMLPlatForm的设计思想,进行该平台用户界面的制作和各功能点的实现。在此平台下,列举矩形联结器移动、虚拟装配动作的可视化和程序的快速生成。将该平台应用在柴油机泵组虚拟装配培训系统的开发中,其结果验证了该平台在虚拟装配仿真动画制作过程中的巨大优势。

By analyzing the demand of rapid generative virtual assembly program and comparing the two generative methods of the virtual assembly program,the design idea of VRMLPlatform on the basis of code’s automatically generative technology of the template was proposed,which rapidly generated the visually virtual assembly program,and the make of users’interface and re-search of various functional realization with regard to the platform.The transformation of the rectangular connectors,the visua-lization of virtual assembly action as well as the rapid generative program were presented.This platform was applied to develop the visual assembly training system of diesel engine pumps and the advantage of using this platform in making the virtual assem-bly simulation animation was verified.
