To better understand the development of software reliability evaluation method based on the structure of system,the origin,development,classification and typical model of the structure-based reliability estimation were elaborated.State model, path model,building operation profile model and other models were introduced.At last,according to the characteristics of the various models,the problems of the recent models were presented,and the trend of development on software reliability model was predicted.
