对山东省Z市农村社会救助体系的运行情况进行了实地访谈，发现农村社会救助体系在运行过程中仍然存在救助理念落后、资金投入不足、救助标准过低、救助机制不够规范以及社会救助法制化建设相对落后等问题，并相应提出了拓展救助资金筹集渠道、提高救助意识、完善相关法律制度、提高救助水平等建议。
對山東省Z市農村社會救助體繫的運行情況進行瞭實地訪談，髮現農村社會救助體繫在運行過程中仍然存在救助理唸落後、資金投入不足、救助標準過低、救助機製不夠規範以及社會救助法製化建設相對落後等問題，併相應提齣瞭拓展救助資金籌集渠道、提高救助意識、完善相關法律製度、提高救助水平等建議。
대산동성Z시농촌사회구조체계적운행정황진행료실지방담，발현농촌사회구조체계재운행과정중잉연존재구조이념락후、자금투입불족、구조표준과저、구조궤제불구규범이급사회구조법제화건설상대락후등문제，병상응제출료탁전구조자금주집거도、제고구조의식、완선상관법률제도、제고구조수평등건의。
The running status of rural social assistance system in Z city of Shandong province was investigated through the field interviews .Some existent problems in this system were found , such as backward assistance idea , insufficient capital investment , too low assistance standard , non-standardized assistance mechanism , and relatively lagged legal system of social assistance .Based on these, several corresponding suggestions were raised as follows: expanding the channels of raising assistance funds , enhancing the assistance awareness , improving the related legal system , increasing assistance level , etc.
