根据重庆城市发展新区城镇发展主战场与粮食主产区的双重土地利用特点，提出了一套适用于该区域高标准基本农田建设适宜性评价的综合指标评价方法，并选取潼南县柏梓镇进行了实证研究。结果表明该套方法具有科学性和可操作性，可为科学、合理地进行高标准基本农田建设项目选址和区域高标准基本农田建设规划提供科学依据。
根據重慶城市髮展新區城鎮髮展主戰場與糧食主產區的雙重土地利用特點，提齣瞭一套適用于該區域高標準基本農田建設適宜性評價的綜閤指標評價方法，併選取潼南縣柏梓鎮進行瞭實證研究。結果錶明該套方法具有科學性和可操作性，可為科學、閤理地進行高標準基本農田建設項目選阯和區域高標準基本農田建設規劃提供科學依據。
근거중경성시발전신구성진발전주전장여양식주산구적쌍중토지이용특점，제출료일투괄용우해구역고표준기본농전건설괄의성평개적종합지표평개방법，병선취동남현백재진진행료실증연구。결과표명해투방법구유과학성화가조작성，가위과학、합리지진행고표준기본농전건설항목선지화구역고표준기본농전건설규화제공과학의거。
According to the dual land -use ( for both town development and food production ) characteristics of the develop-mental zone of Chongqing city , the author put forward a set of comprehensive index evaluation method for the suitability evaluation of high-standard basic farmland construction in this zone , and carried out an empirical study on Baizi town of Tongnan county .The results indicated that the method was scientific and maneuverable , and it could provide a scientific basis for the site selection and planning of high-standard basic farmland construction project .
