在江苏扬州地区池塘养殖条件下,虾苗平均初体重为2.01 g/尾,放养密度为6190尾/667 m2,经过130 d的养殖,平均体重达到52.91 g/尾。克氏原螯虾的体重增长呈典型“S型”曲线,符合Boltzmann模型,根据养殖时间和虾体重拟合其生长方程为:W=(-1.80-52.91)/[1+e(t-40.48)/14.90]+52.91,其生长拐点为在养殖40.48 d时,体重为25.56 g,养殖60 d时,体重可达40 g/尾以上。大规格克氏原螯虾生态养殖的成本投入为1652元/667 m2,产量可达96 kg/667 m2,净效益达3303元/667 m2。适当降低克氏原螯虾苗种放养密度,提高养成规格,可以降低成本投入和养殖风险,大规格成虾生态养殖是未来克氏原螯虾规模化养殖发展的必然趋势。

Under the pond conditions of Yangzhou area , the crayfishes ( Procambarus clarkii) with an average body weight of 2.01 g were reared at the stocking density of 6190 crayfish/667 m2.After 130 days’ rearing, their average body weight reached 52.91 g.The body weight gain of crayfishes presented a typical S -type curve, and conformed to Boltzmann model .The simulated growth equation describing the relationship between crayfish body weight ( W ) and rearing time ( t ) was built as follows: W =( -1.80-52.91)/[1+e(t-40.48)/14.90]+52.91.The growth inflection point of crayfish was (40.48 d, 25.56 g).On the 60th day after being reared , the body weight of crayfish could reach above 40 g.In the ecological rearing of large -size crayfishes , the input cost was 1652 yuan/667 m2 , the yield could reach 96 kg/667 m2 , and the net benefit reached 3303 yuan/667 m2 .Properly reduc-ing the stocking density of crayfishes to enhance the size of the harvested crayfishes could decrease the input cost and rearing risk . The ecological breeding of large -size Procambarus clarkii is an inevitable trend for the development of its large -scale artificial breeding in the future .
