高职学生的突出表现是形象思维能力强,而逻辑思维能力差。目前高职教学虽然已经从之前的“满堂灌”等形式进步为“项目化教学”等多种符合高职生认知规律的教学方法,但并未消除传统的教学方法的影响。本文通过对基于隐性知识到显性知识之间传递的分析和创新符合高职学生成长规律的“做学教一体”教学模式改革实践的研究,旨在提高高职计算机网络技术专业学生的培养质量。

Outstanding performance of vocational students is the high ability of thinking in image,but poor ability of thinking in logic.Although the current vocational education progress has changed from the previous"chalk and talk"and other forms to"project teaching"and a variety of teaching methods which are in line with the cognitive laws of vocational students.But it doesn’t eliminate the influence of traditional teaching methods.Based on analyzing the transfer from explicit knowledge to implicit knowledge and researching on"do study teach one"teaching mode reform practice which accord with the grow law of vocational students.This paper aims to improve the quality of the students in computer network technology major.
