利用自制的全光纤马赫‐曾德尔干涉仪,对压力引起的光功率的变化进行了测量和分析,给出了该系统相干检测最佳工作范围是5~13N,灵敏度为-0.1300μW/N.在不同温度变化范围内,随着压力的增加,光功率分别以0.2234μW/N到0.4823μW/N的变化率减小.

The fiber optic pressure sensing system based on Mach‐Zehnder interferometer technol‐ogy was investigated .All‐fiber Mach‐Zehnder interferometer system was built and the optimum pres‐sure range was given from 5 N to 13 N with the sensitivity of -0 .130 0 μW/N .The stress induced changes in the optical power were measured and analyzed under different temperature conditions .The results showed that the optical power decreased with increasing pressure and the system sensitivities were different from -0 .223 4 μW/N to -0 .482 3 μW/N .
