Microfluidic paper-based analytical devices%fabrication%complexation ratio
纸芯片或纸流控分析芯片是新发展起来的一种分析技术。由于纸芯片技术在医学分析、环境分析及食品分析中的广泛应用前景,在高校中开展纸芯片的实验教学显得日益迫切。提出了一种纸芯片的简单加工技术,在此基础上设计了一个利用在纸芯片上邻二氮菲与亚铁离子的显色反应测定邻二氮菲-铁络合物组成的分析化学教学实验,实验结果与理论值相符合。
紙芯片或紙流控分析芯片是新髮展起來的一種分析技術。由于紙芯片技術在醫學分析、環境分析及食品分析中的廣汎應用前景,在高校中開展紙芯片的實驗教學顯得日益迫切。提齣瞭一種紙芯片的簡單加工技術,在此基礎上設計瞭一箇利用在紙芯片上鄰二氮菲與亞鐵離子的顯色反應測定鄰二氮菲-鐵絡閤物組成的分析化學教學實驗,實驗結果與理論值相符閤。

Microfluidic Paper-based Analytical Device is a newly developed analytical technique. There has been a growing need to teach paper-based microfluidic technology in teaching lab at universities, owing to its great potentials in medical testing, environmental testing and food analysis. A simple and low-cost method for fabrication of paper-based microfluidic devices was developed for determination of complexation ratio be?tween Fe2+ and 1,10-phenanthroline. The results determined by this method agreed well with that determined by the standard method, indicating that this presented method has great potential in teaching of analytical chemistry experiments.
