Cultural soft power is an important component of the comprehensive national power. Promoting culture soft power can provide material base, spiritual support, and security as well as the talent source for the realization of the Chinese dream. We must make our efforts to shape the native cultural image, safeguard our national cultural security, build the socialist core value system, develop the grassroots culture and cultivate talents forcefully to promote the cultural soft power of our country, so that our country can be in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce competition of the comprehensive national power and re-alize our Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation.
