研究了鲜枣中糖组成的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品经水超声提取,以Kromasil 100-5NH2(150×4.6mm)液相色谱柱分离,Waters 2414示差检测器进行检测。结果表明5种糖在0.1~10mg/mL范围内线性良好(r≥0.9992)。平均加标回收率在87.4%~96.2%之间;相对标准偏差 RSD (%)≤3.8%。该方法的最低检测限(%)范围为8.56×10-3~1.53×10-2。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,为鲜枣中糖组成分析提供了一种高效快速的测定方法。

Saccharides were extracted from samples with water and an ultrasonic extraction process. Sucrose ,glucose ,fructose ,maltose and lactose were separated on a Kromasil 100‐5NH2 column(150 × 4.6mm) ,analysed by Waters 2414 refractive index detector. The linear range was 0.1‐10mg/mL ,the cor‐relation coefficients was ≥0.9992. The average recoveries ranged from 87.4% to 96.2% ,and the relative standard deviation was ≤3.8%. The results indicate that the method is easier ,faster and more sensitive.
