根据四极杆质量分析器的基本原理,设计使用一种小型的射频电源,该电源的频率、电压控制信号均由数字控制板提供,产生交流峰峰值2568Vpp ,直流DC ±215V附加于四极杆,并与之谐振于2.7648M Hz。由于使用了带环形磁芯的变压器,体积小、效率高,电路有取样和反馈,可以长期稳定工作。

The design approach is dominated by the iron‐powder toroid which provides for the RF transformer. It has the advantages of small volume and high efficiency. T he primary of the transformer is driven by a square wave voltage from CPU boads ,and the secondaries have a self‐inductance to resonate at 2.7648 M Hz with the capacitive load presented by the rods in the mass filter ,to generate 2568Vpp. In ad‐dition to the RF ,DC potential of about ± 215V is required for the two rod pairs.
