以90%神华优质长焰煤和10%高硫1/3焦煤为原料,冷压强度为指标,采用单因素试验在木质素磺酸钠、CMC(羧甲基纤维素)、CMS(羧甲基淀粉)中筛选出最佳有机粘结剂为CMS;再采用正交试验研究CMS、膨润土、四硼酸钠的最佳掺比,结果表明原料掺入1.0%CMS、6%膨润土、0.16%四硼酸钠,制得的型煤冷压强度最高,其中膨润土的影响最大;单因素试验研究表明在该复配粘结剂下,干燥终温在140℃时,制得的型煤裂纹少,冷压强度最高;最后常压固定床上掺烧试验表明,掺烧25%型煤可取得最佳经济技术效果。

90% Shenhua high-quality long flame coal and 10% high sulfur 1/3 coking coal being used as raw material and cold strength as index ,the single-factor test has been done to select the best organic binder with the following three binder :sodium lignosulfonate ,CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) ,CMS (carboxymethyl base starch) ,and orthogonal experiment has been made to find out the best ratio of CMS ,bentonite ,sodium tetrabo‐rate .Results show that the briquette made of incorporation of 1 .0% CMS ,6 % bentonite and 0 .16% sodium tetraborate in the raw material will achieve the highest coal cold strength ,in which the influence of bentonite is the greatest .The single-factor test also indicates that when the drying temperature ends at 140℃ ,the least crack and the highest cold strength of briquette can be achieved .The atmospheric fixed bed blending tests show that 25% of this briquette can be blended to achieve the best economic and technical results .
