工农业的生产技术水平随着国民经济不断提高的同时也有待进一步改善,加热炉作为工业生产过程中不可或缺的一部分,其控制器的研制、应用已经历了漫长的历史时期。温度控制其根本目标也就是节能减排、保证质量、符合控制要求,而在当今世界大环境背景下,节能环保就显得尤为重要。本文通过对蚁群算法的基本理论知识的掌握和了解,通过研究国内外加热炉的发展状况,引进先进的燃烧技术和温度控制技术,在保护环境、节约能源的前提下提高了产品的质量。

As the national economy continue to improve, the production technology level of industry and agriculture has yet to be further improved. Heating furnace is an indispensable part in the industrial production process. The development and application of its controller has experienced a long historical period. The fundamental goal of temperature control is to save energy, reduce emission, ensure the quality and meet the control requirements. But in today's world environment background, energy saving and environmental protection is particularly important. Based on the basic theory of ant colony algorithm knowledge and understanding, through the research of the development status of domestic and foreign of heating furnace and the introduction of advanced combustion technology and the temperature control technology, the product quality is improved in the premise of protecting the environment and saving energy and sources.
