NC technology training base is the necessary place to train NC technology talents, aimed at the status and the existing problems in the management of NC technology training base, this paper discusses the management method for NC technology training base, and introduces 6S management method into NC technology training base management, which can improve the effect of NC real training, to make the students build professional awareness, and form good professional ethics and professional habits.
