As a grassroots organization of the Party in a College, a Party branch whose duty is to develop higher education practically is a direct leader and organizer of all kinds of works for a College. At present, to explore how to construct College Party branches practically and how to strengthen their functions of students cultivating is very important to guarantee the colleges develop healthily and rapidly. So we must work solidly and effectively so as to inspire their vitality continually and to play the political role of leading, uniting, and educating general public and party members. Only in this way, can they take the responsibility of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for the characteristic Chinese socialism.
