目的：探究无痛病房管理对全髋关节置换术后髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法将60例股骨颈骨折、股骨头坏死行全髋关节置换术的患者，随机分为试验组30例、普通组30例，普通组采用常规护理管理，试验组采用无痛管理。比较2组术后髋关节功能的恢复情况。结果试验组术后第1周髋关节功能恢复效果强于普通组，具有显著差异（P<0.05）。术后第2周，试验组的置换髋关节功能评分明显超过普通组，2组比较差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论疼痛管理可明显提高髋关节术后初期的功能恢复效果，减低术后并发症，尽早恢复肢体功能，具有重要的临床应用价值。
목적：탐구무통병방관리대전관관절치환술후관관절공능회복적영향。방법장60례고골경골절、고골두배사행전관관절치환술적환자，수궤분위시험조30례、보통조30례，보통조채용상규호리관리，시험조채용무통관리。비교2조술후관관절공능적회복정황。결과시험조술후제1주관관절공능회복효과강우보통조，구유현저차이（P<0.05）。술후제2주，시험조적치환관관절공능평분명현초과보통조，2조비교차이유현저성의의（P<0.05）。결론동통관리가명현제고관관절술후초기적공능회복효과，감저술후병발증，진조회복지체공능，구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective Explore painless ward management role for total hip replacement surgery hip function recovery. Methods The 60 cases of femoral neck fractures,osteonecrosis total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups for the experimental group,30 cases were ordinary group of 30 cases. Ordinary group with conventional care management,pain management experimental group compared postoperative hip function recovery Results Experimental postoperative week 1 hip joint function recovery effect is stronger than the normal group, with significant difference (P<0.05).2 weeks postoperatively,replacement of the hip function of the experimental group score significantly more than the ordinary group,significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Pain management can obviously improve the effect of early postoperative functional recovery of hip joint , reduce the postoperative complications, restore limb function as soon as possible,have clinical application value.
