目的：探讨老年人急性心肌梗死的临床治疗效果。方法对2011年1月—2013年12月我院住院治疗急性心肌梗死患者86例的临床治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果显著好转11例，好转69例，有进步5例，死亡1例，治疗有效率为93.02%。住院时间11 d~21 d，平均15.5 d。结论根据老年急性心肌梗死患者的特点，准确诊断，正规治疗，可以提高临床治疗效果。

목적：탐토노년인급성심기경사적림상치료효과。방법대2011년1월—2013년12월아원주원치료급성심기경사환자86례적림상치료정황진행회고성분석。결과현저호전11례，호전69례，유진보5례，사망1례，치료유효솔위93.02%。주원시간11 d~21 d，평균15.5 d。결론근거노년급성심기경사환자적특점，준학진단，정규치료，가이제고림상치료효과。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the elderly acute myocardial infarction. Methods On from January 2011 to December 2011, our hospital 86 cases of hospitalized patients with acute myocardial infarction summarized the clinical data and treatment results of analysis. Results Significant improvement in 11 cases, improvement in 69 cases, improved in 5 cases, 1 case death. The treatment effective rate was 93.02%.Hospital 11 d~21 d, 15.5 d. Conclusion Should be based on the characteristics of the elderly, accurate diagnosis, regular treatment, can improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
