针对采煤工作面上、下副巷传统的替棚工艺存在的费工、费时、安全系数低的问题，设计、加工、应用了液压油缸及液压附属件组成的多功能替棚装置，经过现场反复试验和改进，达到了省工、省时、安全系数高的预期效果，具有一定的推广应用价值。
침대채매공작면상、하부항전통적체붕공예존재적비공、비시、안전계수저적문제，설계、가공、응용료액압유항급액압부속건조성적다공능체붕장치，경과현장반복시험화개진，체도료성공、성시、안전계수고적예기효과，구유일정적추엄응용개치。
Aiming at the problems of wasting labor ,wasting time and low safety factor of traditional replacing canopy technique in up and dow n auxiliary lane of mining face ,multifunctional replacing canopy device composed of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic attachment has been designed ,processed and applied ,predictive effect of sav‐ing labor ,saving time and high safety factor has been achieved by the field test and improvement ,w hich has a certain application value .
