2014年5月1日1时左右,龙南县大罗煤矿发生一起局部透水事故,3名矿工被困。事故发生后,救援指挥部先后制订了3套营救方案,历经17个小时3名被困矿工终于成功脱险。救援决策措施的科学正确、矿山救援队伍的积极营救和井下压风自救系统的充分发挥是本起事故救援成功的保证。

At about one o'clock in May 1 ,2014 ,a local flooding accident happened in Daluo Colliery ,Longnan county ,in which three miners were trapped .After the accident ,the rescue headquarter formulated three rescue plans ,the three trapped miners were successfully rescued after 17 hours .The scientific and correct rescue meas‐ures ,active rescue of mine rescue team and adequate application of underground compress-air self -help sys‐tem were the successful experience of this accident rescue ,which was worth learning .
