针对基于直接法分析电力系统时滞稳定结果存在保守性的问题,构造新型 Lyapunov 泛函,得到改进的鲁棒稳定性判据,所得结果去除了现有结果对时变时滞可微性及导数的限制,降低了结果的保守性。此外,这些由线性矩阵不等式形式给出的稳定性判据,可通过线性矩阵不等式工具箱进行求解。最后,以单机无穷大系统和 WSCC 3机9节点系统为例,计算系统的时滞稳定裕度,仿真结果表明所提方法的有效性和实用性。

In view of the conservativeness of the stability analysis based on the direct method,an improved robust stability criterion is developed.A novel Lyapunov functional is constructed.With the restrictions on the differentiability and the derivative of time-varying delay removed, the conservativeness is reduced. Furthermore, the results obtained that are formulated in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMI) can be effectively solved using the LMI toolbox.Finally,the single machine system and WSCC 3-generator-9-bus system are employed to calculate the delay margin.The effectiveness and practicality of the method proposed is verified by simulation results.
