为提高双馈风力发电机运行可靠性,提出了一种定子电流传感器故障检测及容错控制方法。在电网电压矢量定向同步坐标系下,根据双馈风力发电机动态模型,建立了基于模型参考自适应方法的定子电流冗余在线观测器。通过建立参考模型和可调模型,使定子电流观测值实时跟随实际电流。在αβ坐标系下通过定子电流检测值和观测值的比较残差实现传感器故障的自诊断。在故障后以定子电流观测值为控制对象实现无定子电流传感器运行。所设计观测器准确度不依赖于定子电流测量值且对电机参数变化具有较好的鲁棒性。文中方法能够在定子电流传感器故障条件下及时判断出故障的来源,并实现故障后的容错控制。在双馈风力发电机实验机组上,对所提出理论的正确性和可行性进行了实验验证。

To improve the reliability of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)wind turbines,a method of stator current sensor fault detection and reconfiguration is proposed.In the synchronous coordinate system with grid voltage oriented control,a stator current observer is established to estimate the actual stator current based on the dynamic model of DFIG and model reference self-adaptive method.By constructing the reference model and the adaptive model,the observed value of stator current can track the actual one in time.In static αβ coordinate system,residual value can be obtained by calculating the difference between the measured and the observed stator current to realize the stator current sensor fault diagnosis.The observed value of stator current can be used in control system to realize stator current sensorless control in case of sensor failure.The observer proposed is independent from the measured stator currents and is robust to the variation of generator parameters.The proposed method can identify the specific source of sensor failure in time when stator current sensor fault occurs and realize fault tolerant control.The correctness and feasibility of the proposed method is validated on a DFIG laboratory platform.
