以智能电网的发展对智能计量的通信需求为出发点,指出了影响智能计量通信需求的4个方面,提出了智能计量通信系统建设的总体架构和两个通信层次,就两个通信层次分别做出基于EPON技术的组网方案,指出应用中应该注意的光通道衰减问题,给出了衰减的计算公式,并以居民用电小区为实例,给出了居民智能用电小区的计量方式。

To develop the smart power grids communication needs the smart metering as a starting point, this paper points out the four aspects which requires the improvement of intelligent metering communication, and put forward the overall architecture of the construction of the smart metering communication system and two communication levels. The paper also put forward the networking scheme of the two communication levels based on EPON technology, points out that attention should be payed to the application of optical channel attenuation problems, gives the calculation formula of the attenuation. Last, the residential electricity district ia taken as an example and is given the metering ways.
