随着医疗数字化的不断深入,传统的、独立于HIS系统、PACS系统之外的心电信息系统已不能满足现化数字化医院的需求。通过解析DICOM 3.0标准关于心电和通讯的描述部分,借助工具包DCMTK生成符合DICOM标准的DICOM-ECG文件;并在心电工作站上实现 DICOM MWL、DICOM ECHO、DICOM STORE服务来建立与PACS系统之间的通讯,实现心电工作站与PACS系统无缝集成。基于DICOM的心电工作站,是一个在心电数字化的采集、存储、管理等方面比较突出的方案,可为医疗机构和患者提供有力支持和保障。

With the digitalization of the medical industry, traditional ECG information system independent from the HIS system and PACS system can no longer satisfy the requirements of the digitalizing hospital systems nowadays. This document realizes information integration between the ECG workstation and PACS system by analyzing descriptions about the ECG and communication in the DICOM 3.0 standards, generating DICOM-ECG files which conform to DICOM standards using the DCMTK packets, and applying DICOM MWL/DICOM ECHO/DICOM STORE to the communication between the electrocardiograph and the PACS system. The DICOM ECG workstation is an outstanding design on aspects of digitalized ECG sampling, storage, and management. It provides guidance and help to healthcare facilities and patients.
