目的：探讨整体护理干预对慢性乙肝患者应对方式和自我效能感的影响。方法：将120例慢性乙肝患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上进行整体护理干预。4周后比较两组患者MCMQ和GSES的单项及总得分情况。结果：4周后，观察组面对得分明显高于对照组（P﹤0.05）、放弃得分明显低于对照组（P﹤0.05），自我效能感单项得分和总分明显高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：整体护理干预能改善慢性乙肝患者的医学应对方式，提升其自我效能感，为临床肝病的护理提供了理论依据。
목적：탐토정체호리간예대만성을간환자응대방식화자아효능감적영향。방법：장120례만성을간환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각60례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재차기출상진행정체호리간예。4주후비교량조환자MCMQ화GSES적단항급총득분정황。결과：4주후，관찰조면대득분명현고우대조조（P﹤0.05）、방기득분명현저우대조조（P﹤0.05），자아효능감단항득분화총분명현고우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론：정체호리간예능개선만성을간환자적의학응대방식，제승기자아효능감，위림상간병적호리제공료이론의거。
Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on coping style and self-efficacy in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods:120 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the control and observation groups(60 cases in each group ). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally provid-ed holistic nursing intervention. The score of single MCMQ and GSES and the total score were compared between the two groups 4 weeks later. Results:The score of confrontation was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after 4 weeks(P﹤0. 05);the score of avoidance was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the score of single self-efficacy and the total score was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The holistic nursing in-tervention can improve the medical coping style and enhance self-efficacy in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
