目的：探讨优质护理服务信息系统在老年门诊输液室中的应用效果。方法：选取2012年1~6月优质护理服务信息系统应用前的输液患者210名为对照组，2012年9月~2013年3月信息系统应用后的输液患者190名为实验组。比较两组护理缺陷发生情况、平均输液等待时间、护理满意情况及健康教育知晓情况。结果：实验组护理缺陷发生率低于对照组（ P﹤0.05），平均输液等待时间短于对照组（ P﹤0.05），护理满意和健康教育知晓情况均优于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：优质护理服务信息系统的建立与应用，是提高护理质量，保障护理安全，落实优质护理服务的有力保障，也是护理工作适应社会发展、探索学科未来的一条有效途径。
목적：탐토우질호리복무신식계통재노년문진수액실중적응용효과。방법：선취2012년1~6월우질호리복무신식계통응용전적수액환자210명위대조조，2012년9월~2013년3월신식계통응용후적수액환자190명위실험조。비교량조호리결함발생정황、평균수액등대시간、호리만의정황급건강교육지효정황。결과：실험조호리결함발생솔저우대조조（ P﹤0.05），평균수액등대시간단우대조조（ P﹤0.05），호리만의화건강교육지효정황균우우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론：우질호리복무신식계통적건립여응용，시제고호리질량，보장호리안전，락실우질호리복무적유력보장，야시호리공작괄응사회발전、탐색학과미래적일조유효도경。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the information system of high quality nursing service in the transfusion room of elderly outpatient. Methods:210 patients were taken as the control group( Jan. to June 2012 before the application of the informa-tion system);other 190 patients were taken as the experimental group( Sept. 2012 to March 2013 after the application of the information system). The occurrence of nursing deficiency,average waiting time for transfusion,satisfaction of nursing care and awareness of health knowledge of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The occurrence rate of nursing deficiency was lower in the exper-imental group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the average waiting time for transfusion was shorter in the experimental group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the satisfaction of nursing care and awareness of health knowledge of the patients were better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Establishment and application of the information system of high quality nurs-ing service is the guarantee of improving the quality of nursing care and ensuring safety of nursing care.
