目的：了解精神损伤鉴定患者家属的生活质量，并给予护理干预。方法：以124例精神损伤鉴定患者家属为研究组，与其性别、年龄、职业及文化程度相匹配的100名社区人群为对照组，采用生活质量综合问卷（ GQOLI-74）、焦虑自评量表（ SAS）和抑郁自评量表（ SDS）进行比较。结果：研究组GQOLI-74除住房、社区服务、生活环境、自尊、婚姻与家庭因子分外，其他因子分、躯体健康维度分、心理健康维度分、社会功能分、物质生活维度分、生活质量总分均低于对照组（ P﹤0.01）。研究组SCL-90总分、因子分高于常模（P﹤0.01）；因子分除躯体化均分外，其他因子分、总分、总均分、阳性均分均高于对照组（P﹤0.01））。研究组SAS、SDS粗分高于常模与对照组（ P﹤0.01））。结论：精神损伤鉴定者家属生活质量较差，存在比较严重的心理问题，需进行及时、有效的护理干预。
목적：료해정신손상감정환자가속적생활질량，병급여호리간예。방법：이124례정신손상감정환자가속위연구조，여기성별、년령、직업급문화정도상필배적100명사구인군위대조조，채용생활질량종합문권（ GQOLI-74）、초필자평량표（ SAS）화억욱자평량표（ SDS）진행비교。결과：연구조GQOLI-74제주방、사구복무、생활배경、자존、혼인여가정인자분외，기타인자분、구체건강유도분、심리건강유도분、사회공능분、물질생활유도분、생활질량총분균저우대조조（ P﹤0.01）。연구조SCL-90총분、인자분고우상모（P﹤0.01）；인자분제구체화균분외，기타인자분、총분、총균분、양성균분균고우대조조（P﹤0.01））。연구조SAS、SDS조분고우상모여대조조（ P﹤0.01））。결론：정신손상감정자가속생활질량교차，존재비교엄중적심리문제，수진행급시、유효적호리간예。
Objective:To investigate the status of the quality of life of the family members of patients with mental injury identification so as to provide nursing intervention for them. Methods:124 family members of patients with mental injury identification were taken as the study group,other 100 matched community residents in sex,age,occupation and cultural level were taken as the control group. The general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess the patients and the matched residents,and then the results were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of other factors,the scores of physical health dimension and mental health dimension,the score of social function,the scores of material life dimensions and the total score of quality of life of the patients were lower in the study group than the control group except the scores of the factors of GQOLI-74 like housing,community service,living environment,self-esteem and marriage(P﹤0. 01);the total score of SCL-90 and factor scores were higher in the study group than the norm(P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01);the scores of other factors,the total score,total average and av-erage positive scores except somatization scores were higher in the study group than the control group(P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01));the scores of SAS and SDS were higher in the study group than the norm and than those of the control group(P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01)). Conclusion:The family members of patients with mental injury identification should be given timely and effective nursing intervention because of the poor quality and serious psychological problems.
