目的：探讨心理护理干预在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法：对88例康复期精神分裂症患者进行心理护理干预，分别在干预前和干预后采用阳性与阴性症状量表（ PANSS）、症状自评量表（ SCL-90）和护士观察量表（ NOSIE）对患者进行评估。结果：心理护理干预能够显著降低康复期精神分裂症患者PANSS总分及各因子分（ P﹤0.05），显著降低患者除躯体强迫和偏执因子外的SCL-90其他因子分及阳性项目数（P﹤0.05），显著降低其NOSIE中总消极因素、激惹、迟缓、抑郁等因子评分（P﹤0.05），显著提高总积极因素、社会能力、社会兴趣、病情总估计等评分（P﹤0.05）。结论：以心理干预为主的综合护理可显著改善康复期精神分裂症患者的心理健康水平，提高患者的社会功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of applying psychological nursing intervention in the convalescent patients with schizo-phrenia. Methods:88 convalescent patients with schizophrenia were given psychological nursing intervention and they were assessed by u-sing positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and nurseˊs observation scale for inpatient evalua-tion( NOSIE)respectively before and after the intervention. Results:The psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the to-tal scores of PANSS and each factor in convalescent patients with schizophrenia(P﹤0. 05);it can significantly decrease the scores of oth-er factors of SCL-90 except obsessive-compulsive and bigoted factors and the number of positive items(P﹤0. 05);it can significantly reduce the scores of other negative factors of NOSIE scale like irritability,retardation and depression(P﹤0. 05);it can significantly in-crease the scores of total positive factors,social ability,social interest and the overall estimation of patientˊs condition(P﹤0. 05). Conclu-sion:The psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the level of mental health and social function of the convalescent pa-tients with schizophrenia.
