目的：探讨家属参与护理模式在改善急性胰腺炎患者情绪及生活质量中的效果。方法：将56例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组（常规急性胰腺炎护理）28例和观察组（家属参与护理模式）28例，观察比较两组护理干预前及干预后1个月、2个月的情绪自评量表、简明健康问卷评分及患者、家属对护理的满意度。结果：观察组护理干预后1个月、2个月情绪自评量表、简明健康问卷评分均优于对照组（ P﹤0.05），患者及家属对护理的总满意率高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：家属参与护理模式在改善急性胰腺炎患者情绪及生活质量中的效果较好，且患者及家属对其满意程度也相对更高。
목적：탐토가속삼여호리모식재개선급성이선염환자정서급생활질량중적효과。방법：장56례급성이선염환자수궤분위대조조（상규급성이선염호리）28례화관찰조（가속삼여호리모식）28례，관찰비교량조호리간예전급간예후1개월、2개월적정서자평량표、간명건강문권평분급환자、가속대호리적만의도。결과：관찰조호리간예후1개월、2개월정서자평량표、간명건강문권평분균우우대조조（ P﹤0.05），환자급가속대호리적총만의솔고우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。결론：가속삼여호리모식재개선급성이선염환자정서급생활질량중적효과교호，차환자급가속대기만의정도야상대경고。
Objective:To investigate the effect of family-involved nursing model on the improvement of the emotion and life quality of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:56 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the control group(n=28,routine nursing care)and the observation group(n=28,family-involved nursing model). The scores of self-rating emotion scale and concise health questionnaire,the satisfaction rate of patients and their families with nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention for one month and 2 months. Results:The scores of self-rating emotion scale and concise health questionnaire were superior in the observation group to the control group after nursing intervention for one month and 2 months(P﹤0. 05);the satisfaction rate of patients and their families with nursing care was higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The family-involved nursing model has a good effect in improving the emotion and life quality of patients with acute pancreati-tis,and satisfaction rate of the patients and their families is relatively higher.
